Very good recovery today. Batting with Mike and Scriven at nine and ten is very good depth.

Just saw some comments on Twitter from Yorkshire fans who were very unimpressed by Ben Mike in his year over there.

Day three against Derbyshire.

Leicestershire declared yesterday on 574-7 (Harris 214)

Derbyshire 167 all out.

Following on, they're 5-0 at lunch.

There's rain forecast. The commentator said the outfield is so wet it won't take much rain to make it unplayable for the rest of the day.

At the end of day 2, at 150ish-5 in reply to 706, I thought we had a rude awakening and a return to a bit of what's been normalcy for LCCC. Instead, we've had two days of hard batting, losing only 12 wickets to earn a really hard fought draw. Shows some real mental strength that, if they can just win a game or two they might get into the promotion places too
