Always an advantage to have the second leg at home provided you're not several goals down on aggregate... plus Norwich looked hopeless even after the first leg ended 0-0.
I'm more concerned about how many goals we're going to ship on the counter attack. Its been bad enough this year in the Championship. So many times done on the break. Defence needs a bit of a re-jig. A new CB with a bit of pace is a must but given all the furore around our finance situation...
Honestly, it wouldn't surprise me given the scale of the incompetence that has lead us here, if the board hadn't git a scooby they'd be in breach of FFP till the EFL pulled it on them a few weeks ago.....
We're gonna get wapped so hard next year unless we do a defensive rebuild. Every goal we concede is the same, masses of space allowed on the counter attack.....
Poor start from Leeds but they were turning the screw a bit more in the last 10 mins...
Glad to see them hold the cushion til half time. Leeds will have to throw the kitchen sink at it in the second half which will hopefully give QPR a but more space going forward...
Even that one was more offside than the one they got shafted by today 😂 Still, swings and roundabouts. I think the equalising peno they got was a bit harsh given some of the other decisions not given this weekend....
I don't expect many Cov fans were willing us on during our Premier League winning underdogs campaign. I'm glad but you gotta respect them for that second half showing. Man U were rattled beyond belief.
We've learned what we always knew, the big boys dont like it up em. Suddenly when all looks lost Coventry start having a go at them and Man U fold like a pack of cards...
What is it with all our forwards missing chances like this? Defensively all over the shop. Faes, Vestergaard, Choudhury even Hermansen all capable of dropping an absolute clanger on a semi regular basis...
Poor defensively and we look pretty devoid of ideas going forward. Seems to me like these is a general feeling that nobody other than Vardy wants to take any sort of responsibility...
Great work from Vardy there. Loses the ball, chases back to put tackle in and win the ball back/ prevent a break. You don't see that type of thing enough from the majority of our lot...
Great performance it really was but two errors was the story of the day. The equaliser was particularly hard to take because Tottenham looked to be tiring and running out of ideas at that point. Theyd almost given up the ghost and we let them back into it with an error. Thw winner was all about...
