I believe the Kaiser Chiefs are from Leeds and 'I predict a riot' was a song about the regular huge fights that frequently happened outside Leeds main nightclubs. One of the band was a DJ at these clubs and his mate got badly beaten one night. These fights gave rise to the song.

Whatever the ins and outs of this case, I will always have the memory of Stringer's hyperbole on that great goal of JVs in the game v Liverpool in 2016. I have tried to search for it but can't find it anywhere. Suspect the beeb have taken it down.
